Grey Solutions is hiring for highly motivated and fluent English-speaking "Customer Support Agents" to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, a professional attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to customer inquiries.
- Document all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer service (preferably US, UK, or Canadian clients).
- Fluency in English – both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts or on a flexible schedule.
