We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage nationwide e-commerce operations, customer communication, and logistics coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle customer interactions professionally.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process orders via Shopify
  • Verify orders through customer calls
  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch & delivery
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
  • Maintain Excel reports (orders, returns, deliveries)

 

 

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Shopify
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & English)
  • Experience in customer support or call handling
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels
