Hiring: Customer Success Team Lead
We’re looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to ensure seamless deployments, customer retention, and exceptional user experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead & manage Customer Success, Support, Deployment teams
✅ Oversee end-to-end software deployments
✅ Conduct training & onboarding for healthcare clients
✅ Track & improve key metrics (churn, NPS, resolution time)
✅ Engage proactively with customers to prevent escalations
✅ Collaborate with product teams to enhance features
👤 Who We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years in Customer Success / Support / Software Deployment
✅ Strong technical troubleshooting (SQL, AWS/Azure, Linux)
✅ Proven success in team leadership & customer retention
✅ Excellent communicator with problem-solving mindset
✅ Healthcare IT / SaaS experience preferred
✅ Arabic proficiency = bonus
✅ Flexible for urgent support (incl. weekends)
📍 Location: Karachi (onsite)
