UY Collection is expanding its team in Lahore and looking for 3 talented Customer Success Executives to join us.

If you have fashion industry experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to convert customer queries into sales, this role is for you! You will also act as a fashion consultant, guiding clients on pret, unstitched, couture, and bridal wear.

📌 Job Details
• Designation: Customer Success Executive (Fashion)
• Location: Lahore (Onsite)
• Shifts:
▪ Day: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
▪ Night: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000
• Positions Available: 3



🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and website chat.
• Act as a fashion consultant, suggesting styles, fabrics, and collections.
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders & successful sales.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle bridal and couture clients with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Maintain updated product knowledge of pret, unstitched, couture, and bridal collections.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Ensure smooth order processing by coordinating with operations and production teams.
• Handle complaints efficiently and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Track customer interactions and share insights with management to improve service.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or fashion consulting (fashion industry experience required).
• Strong sales skills with proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Excellent communication in English & Urdu (spoken & written).
• Passion for fashion trends, styling, fabrics, and couture/bridal wear.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet sales targets.
• Confident, persuasive, and professional personality.
• Tech-savvy with experience handling social media queries & CRM systems.
