🎯 Job Title: Customer Success Coordinator
πŸ“ Location: MACHS Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our sales, presales, and delivery teams across the sales lifecycle. This role ensures smooth sales initiation, effective communication with stakeholders, and seamless handoff to the delivery team after deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the presales team by preparing SOWs, proposals, RFPs, presentations, and other documents.
2. Coordinate product demos, POCs, and customer meetings; prepare and share minutes of meetings.
3. Research customer business/industry and present company apps, services, and licensing effectively.
4. Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
5. Schedule and conduct project kick-offs post-deal closure, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
6. Assist in resolving customer issues and gathering missing information when required.
7. Update and manage CRM records for contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities.
8. Use AI tools and other resources to enhance productivity and support deal progression.
9. Follow processes and suggest improvements where needed, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

Requirements:
1. 1–3 years of experience in customer success, sales support, or presales coordination.
2. Strong communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
3. Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Technical background preferred.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or Sales/Marketing.
