Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in copying and migrating existing documents and workflows into Salesforce templates for Project KB articles.
  • Help organize scattered information, resources, and processes into a structured format within Salesforce.
  • Support the development of standardized templates to streamline future documentation and workflow processes.
  • Work closely with team members to gather necessary information and ensure accurate representation of existing workflows.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated documents and workflows.
  • Provide feedback on the usability of the new templates and suggest improvements based on their experience.
  • Assist in training sessions for team members on how to use the new Salesforce templates effectively.
     

Required Qualification
 

  • Bachelors or Masters in Geophysics, Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or candidates with upto 6 months of experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus, basic understanding of document management and workflow processes.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document migration and template creation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and gather necessary information.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic analytical skills to identify issues and suggest improvements in workflows and processes.
