Ideal Candidate
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in online sales, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong communication and customer handling skills

FA / BA
Key Responsibilities
• Manage online customer inquiries and provide prompt professional support
• Promote company products and services across digital platforms
• Process orders and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Achieve monthly online sales targets
• Engage with new and existing customers via phone calls
• Generate and track sales leads
• Maintain records of customer interactions and lead conversion status
