We are a growing customised clothing brand specialising in made-to-order outfits. We are currently hiring confident, strong-minded, and professional individuals for our retail store. Candidates may also be shifted to office/customer service operations in the future based on performance and company requirements.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers professionally

Manage studio/bridal appointments and customer handling efficiently

Assist customers regarding orders, sizes, customisation, and delivery timelines

Handle customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally

Maintain excellent customer experience and brand image

Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders and follow-ups

Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and online customer queries when required

Support smooth store operations

 

Requirements:

2–3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, fashion, or bridal/studio

Strong communication and customer dealing skills

Confident personality with professional attitude

Ability to handle pressure and difficult customers

Responsible, punctual, and well-presented

Basic computer and social media handling knowledge
