Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused "𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭" to join our fast-growing #ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

 

📝𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products, services, or processes.
  • Handle back-office tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies while consistently delivering a customer-first experience.

 

  • 🎓𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
  • Education: A-Levels or Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in e-commerce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or customer service software is a plus.
