Qualification:
🎓 Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in Customer Services
✅ Real Estate experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage customer leads efficiently
✔ Conduct customer calls and follow-ups
✔ Segregate and update customer data based on call outcomes
✔ Prepare and maintain reports
✔ Maintain customer files and records
