We are expanding our Sales Development team and are looking for experienced, confident, and target-driven Customer Service Representatives with strong sales expertise and excellent English communication skills.

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 plus attractive commission and PKR 10,000 attendance bonus

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales
Experience dealing with UK-based clients
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong negotiation and lead conversion abilities
Confidence in handling warm leads and closing sales
CRM experience will be an added advantage
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Maintain client communication and CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve targets
Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
