Description:

We are looking for an experienced International Customer Support Agent with a natural or near-native British accent to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer communication, experience working with British customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, especially UK-based clients.
  • Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Meet performance metrics related to call handling and service quality.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service, in an international setting.
  • Prior experience working with British clients is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and composure.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of English with a British or near-native British accent.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling software.
