Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our International Campaign (USA Market)
We are looking for a professional, customer-focused individual who can deliver exceptional support while maintaining international quality and performance standards.
📍 Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore (On-site)
🕠 Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (PKT) | U.S. Night Shift
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat
✔ Provide accurate information regarding products & services
✔ Resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction
✔ Maintain customer records in CRM systems
✔ Meet KPIs including CSAT, AHT & FCR
✔ Escalate complex issues efficiently
✔ Ensure compliance with U.S. quality & data security standards
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Prior CSR / Call Center experience preferred
✅ Ability to work U.S. night shifts
✅ Basic computer proficiency & good typing speed
✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
✅ Professional and customer-centric attitude
