Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client position at the Karachi office.

Your main role is to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate business support both externally to distributors and direct end-user customers with administrative, logistic, and commercial issues, as well as internally to the other departments and Sales Units.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Effectively communicating with Customers/Partners as well as internal stakeholders (Sales team, Supply Chain, etc)
  • Handling quotations and managing Order handling process from booking to goods delivery
  • Monitoring payment collection process fulfilment
  • Helping customers with different inquiries, issues, and requests — always aiming for a great experience
  • Managing Post Sales activities (claims, returns, etc) with a solution-focused approach
  • Spotting patterns in customer feedback or internal processes and sharing ideas for improvement
  • Working closely with your teammates and other departments to share the best practices and knowledge or to resolve issues quickly

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor degree (minimum)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer skills (email, MS Office, CRM and SAP tools is advantage)
  • A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • Always ready to go the extra mile — not just for our customers, but for each other too
