Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative with strong communication abilities and hands-on knowledge of US healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will have experience handling patient interactions, understanding referral workflows, and managing insurance procedures within the US healthcare system.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls related to patient services with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and general support
  • Manage and process referrals in accordance with US healthcare guidelines
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations
  • Resolve patient concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English required)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven knowledge of US healthcare systems, including referrals and insurance procedures
  • Experience with medical billing, insurance verification, or prior authorization processes is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and healthcare software
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
