We’re Hiring: Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Digitaiz Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote support team.

Location: Remote – Pakistan (Preferably Lahore)
Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Pacific Time)
Work Schedule
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (U.S. Pacific Time)
• Weekends: Off (occasional work depending on business needs)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live product demos and platform training for clients
• Provide support through calls, chats, and emails
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with follow-ups
• Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience
• Work closely with the internal team to resolve client issues
Requirements
✔ Prior Customer Support / Call Center experience preferred
✔ Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Technical Setup (Mandatory):
• Laptop with Windows 10 or higher
• Logitech noise-cancelling USB headset
• 23” or larger monitor
• UPS backup for laptop, monitor, and router
• Two high-speed internet connections from different ISPs
