Description:

ZUE is hiring a dedicated On-Screen Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through online services.
Record customer interactions in CRM and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Minimum 2 years of US customer service experience
Bachelor’s degree or A-Levels
Strong English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work US shift timings
