🔹 Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a banking-related inbound campaign. This is a strictly non-sales role, focused on assisting customers, resolving their queries, and delivering an excellent service experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
Respond to banking-related queries and complaints efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding accounts, transactions, and services
Maintain proper documentation of calls and customer interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to compliance standards

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: B.Com, BBA, BS Banking & Finance, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu & English
Basic understanding of banking operations
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
