Core Edge Solutions is expanding its U.S. customer operations division. We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives with strong English communication skills to manage customer support and up-sales responsibilities for our U.S. Tire & Rims campaign.

This position involves handling inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, advising customers, and promoting services where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and manage outbound follow-up calls
  • Communicate product and service details clearly and professionally
  • Good American Accent Required
  • Manage customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Document interactions and maintain CRM records
  • Identify up-sale opportunities and close eligible leads
  • Achieve quality, productivity, and performance targets

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service or call-center experience
  • Excellent English speaking & writing skills
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to manage high-volume calls efficiently
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working night shift
