What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSR
✅ Experience in International campaigns is a must.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
✅ Possess skills regarding customer relationship management
✅ Basic knowledge regarding principles of Effective Communication.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset

What You’ll Do:
✅ Address customer inquiries through phone, email & chat
✅Resolve issues promptly and professionally
✅ Collaborate with team members to improve support efficiency
