Description:

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar field (OMC/BPO/Restaurant experience preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor’s / B.COM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CCTV services for COCO and dealer petrol pumps, ensuring compliance with service steps.
  • Handle daily calls from both external and internal customers and register complaints.
  • Follow up on complaints via email daily.
  • Share daily internal and external reports.
  • Handle food-related orders from on-call customers.
