💬 We’re Hiring | Customer Service Representative (Chat, Email & Calls)
Blue Box Packaging is growing its customer support team to ensure world-class service across the USA, UK, Australia & UAE. We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage chat support, email communication, and inbound calls for our custom packaging solutions.
What You’ll Do
📞 Handle client inquiries via chat, email & calls — from quotes to order tracking
✉️ Provide accurate information on packaging options, lead times & shipping details
🤝 Collaborate with design & production teams to resolve artwork & order-related queries
🌱 Educate customers about eco-friendly & sustainable packaging solutions
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 1–3 years of customer support experience (preferably packaging/printing industry)
✔️ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools, order management & live chat platforms
✔️ Organized, responsive & detail-oriented multitasker
Location: Mulsim Town Lahore
Package: 50k to 70k
Work Schedule Mon to Fri (7pm to 4am)
