A professional organization based in Iqbal Town, Lahore is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for full-time engagement. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, collecting basic information, and scheduling appointments. Notably, the position does not involve any selling or upselling, making it ideal for those comfortable with client-facing communication but not sales pressure.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are fluent in English and are comfortable working on a rotational shift schedule aligned with U.S. time zones. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-friendly approach are essential.
Make outbound calls to potential clients in a professional manner
Follow structured scripts to collect key information
Book appointments efficiently and accurately
Enter and maintain client data in the CRM system
Ensure a courteous and professional tone is maintained at all times
Fluent in English (spoken & written) with at least 7/10 proficiency
Prior experience in telemarketing or appointment setting will be a plus
Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on U.S. time zones
Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in client interactions
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts: Rotational, 8-hour shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
