QMCC is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our night shift team supporting international clients. If you're an excellent communicator, a proactive problem solver, and passionate about delivering world-class service, we want you on our team!
This is a full-time, onsite role located on PIA Road, near Wapda Town, Lahore, offering a dynamic work environment and growth opportunities in the global customer service sector. You’ll be the frontline of support, interacting with clients across the globe to resolve inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide real-time support to international clients via phone, email, or chat
Resolve product or service-related issues with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in the CRM system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Follow communication procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet performance targets
🔹 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in international call centers
🔹 Fluent in English, both spoken and written
🔹 Willing and able to work rotational night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
🔹 Must be comfortable working onsite near Wapda Town, Lahore
🔹 Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
