Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islamabad. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service while supporting our US-based clients. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience and providing information on our services. You will play a key part in driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients and follow up with existing clients to offer support, answer inquiries, and introduce Bid Accurate's services
• Client Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Data Entry & CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call outcomes, and any follow-up actions in our CRM system
• Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries related to our services, such as estimation, BIM, and project support
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team members as needed
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume, quality of service, and client satisfaction
• US Time Zone Adaptation: Work in alignment with US business hours (night shifts) to provide excellent service to our clients across the USA

Qualifications

• 0-1 Year of Experience: Previous experience in customer service, outbound calls, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Outbound Call Knowledge: Basic understanding of outbound calling techniques, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Microsoft Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing client data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports.
