Customer Service Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage and respond to inquiries from clients in Bangladesh regarding USA B1/B2 tourist/business visa applications. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing clear, accurate, and timely information about the visa documentation process on behalf of Bizoso Consulta.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, or phone.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the USA B1/B2 visa documentation process.
  • Record and forward client details to the internal processing team.
  • Assist clients in understanding required documents and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone while dealing with clients.
  • Follow up with potential leads and support active clients throughout the inquiry stage.
  • Report daily activities and queries to the team lead or regional manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or visa consultancy is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of the USA B1/B2 visa process (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook.
  • Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
