📞 Client Interaction & Sales:

• Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain a positive experience.
• Utilize sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth.

🔍 Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

• Address customer concerns efficiently and resolve issues proactively.
• Provide professional customer service while meeting business objectives.

📊 Administrative & Technical Skills:

• Work with Microsoft Office & CRM software for client tracking and reporting.
• Multi-task and prioritize customer interactions effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
✔ Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to multi-task & prioritize client interactions.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software.
✔ Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
