Responsibilities:

✔ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

✔ Assist in appointment scheduling and service coordination

✔ Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

✔ Work with internal teams to resolve client concerns

Requirements:

✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✅ Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns professionally

✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
