📍 Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
📅 Schedule: Alternate weekends off
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site

🎯 Who We're Looking For
We are seeking confident professionals with excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills who know how to build customer relationships, prevent cancellations, and turn customer concerns into successful retention opportunities.

✅ Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of international voice-process experience.
Previous experience with USA and/or UK calling campaigns.
Direct experience in customer retention, cancellation prevention, or complaint handling.
Excellent spoken English and strong objection-handling skills.
Ability to achieve KPIs, meet targets, and deliver results.
Important: Candidates with chat/email-only experience or local-calling-only experience will not be considered.
