As a CRS, you’ll engage directly with USA and North American clients,taking meetings that drive growth, and communicating via email, Slack, and zoom calls. Your role lies between our internal team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationship management. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (US & North America).
• Identify qualified opportunities and pass them to senior sales representatives.
• Communicate with confidence and professionalism across all channels.
• Track and manage leads in CRM and keep data updated.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Must-Haves

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• 6 months – 1 year experience with USA/North American clients (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Confident on video calls and client meetings.
• Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
