Clifton Motors (KIA Motors Clifton) is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to ensure exceptional customer experience in line with KIA standards.

Position: CR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance customer experience across all customer touchpoints
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalations professionally
Coordinate with Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure service excellence
Monitor customer satisfaction, prepare analysis reports, and recommend improvements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relations (automobile industry preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong customer-centric approach and leadership abilities
