Description:

NESL-IT is hiring a Community & Client Relations Executive to manage client engagement, co-working space walkthroughs, sales coordination, and day-to-day relationship management.

This role is ideal for someone confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients, visitors, and partners while supporting business growth and community engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct co-working space walkthroughs and client visits

* Pitch co-working services and support deal closing

* Communicate with clients, investors, and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email

* Build and maintain strong client and community relationships

* Coordinate client onboarding, renewals, and monthly invoicing

* Handle client queries and ensure smooth day-to-day experience

* Support management with customer coordination and follow-ups

 

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Confident, presentable, and professional personality

* Comfortable with sales conversations and client handling

* Ability to multitask and manage client relationships

* Experience in sales, customer relations, or co-working environments is a plus
