Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview
Sunday Bazar is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer communication and support operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Respond to complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication
Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, listings) for issue resolution
Maintain records of customer interactions
Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution

Candidate Requirements
Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in customer support or related role
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Languages: Strong spoken and written English & Urdu
