Live Support is a leading global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company committed to delivering high-quality customer support solutions. We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team and support international clients through inbound channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional inbound customer support via email, live chat, and calls
  • Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and basic technical problems
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely and accurate resolutions
  • Create, update, and maintain helpdesk and knowledge base articles
  • Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
  • Prior e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work night shifts
