Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative with strong communication abilities and hands-on knowledge of US healthcare processes. The ideal candidate will have experience handling patient interactions, understanding referral workflows, and managing insurance procedures within the US healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls related to patient services with professionalism and empathy
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and general support
- Manage and process referrals in accordance with US healthcare guidelines
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance companies
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations
- Resolve patient concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English required)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven knowledge of US healthcare systems, including referrals and insurance procedures
- Experience with medical billing, insurance verification, or prior authorization processes is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in using CRM systems and healthcare software
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 1 Year to 2 year of experience in a US healthcare customer service role.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
- Experience working with US-based patients or providers.
