Earthly Elementals, a premium wellness brand specializing in health supplements, is seeking a visionary designer to help launch its flagship Resin Shilajit in the USA. This remote, part-time position requires a creative force capable of developing a bold, premium brand identity from scratch. The role demands someone who can craft high-concept visuals and has a deep understanding of design principles, not just someone who uses templates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity: Develop a strong, cohesive visual language, including colors, fonts, and guidelines.

• Product & Promo Design: Create product labels, packaging assets, mockups, and brochures.

• Social Media Creatives: Design eye-catching visuals for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta ads.

• Illustration & Visual Art: Develop high-concept visuals, infographics, and AI-powered designs.

• AI-Powered Execution: Use tools like Midjourney, Photoshop AI, and DALL·E for innovative concepts.

• Print & Collateral: Design brochures, decks, and marketing kits.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder, Content, and Influencer teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand identity and product design (portfolio is required).

• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.

• Experience with AI-powered tools like Midjourney, Photoshop AI, or DALL·E is a plus.

• Creative thinker with the ability to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
