Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course, the largest resort in South Asia, is seeking a Cost Accountant to join its team in Karachi. Spread over 144 acres, Dreamworld offers an extensive range of recreational and leisure activities, including a golf course, cricket ground, amusement park, snow play area, water park, and luxurious accommodations.

As a Cost Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the financial efficiency of the resort's operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing cost analyses and pricing models to ensure profitability and sustainability.

• Maintaining cost accounts and records to establish efficient cost control procedures.

• Coordinating with various departments to streamline cost accounting and control processes.

• Preparing detailed cost sheets, financial reports, and cost control analyses.

• Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Proficiency in cost accounting with a solid understanding of financial principles.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
