Corrugated Packaging Sales

Description:

We manufacture corrugated packaging (boxes/cartons) in Karachi. We're looking for a hunter, not an account manager, someone who already has relationships in industries that buy packaging in bulk, and can bring us new client orders of 5,000–50,000 units per SKU. This is not a role for someone managing a handful of existing small accounts; it's about opening new doors.

What You'll Do

• Identify and approach companies that need corrugated packaging at volume — FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, e-commerce fulfillment, electronics, and similar sectors
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → closing → repeat orders
• Bring a minimum order pipeline of 50,000 boxes/month within [90 days] , targets will be set together after your first month
• Represent our capabilities honestly and negotiate pricing within approved margins

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in packaging, printing, corrugated, or a closely related industrial supply category, general sales experience will not be considered
• An existing book of contacts or leads in bulk-packaging-buying industries
• A track record of closing deals,
• Comfortable with a compensation structure that rewards new business heavily (commission-weighted)
• Based in or willing to work out of Karachi
