Corporate Sales Manager

 

Description:

PURPOSE We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead company onboarding, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. If you understand the corporate ecosystem and know how to close deals while maintaining long-term relationships, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new corporate clients in line with monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Achieve defined KPIs related to sales growth, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, and decision-makers within organizations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from pre-sales presentations to post-sales account management.
  • Coordinate internally with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasting.

 

KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Monthly corporate onboarding targets.
  • Revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
  • Client retention rate.
  • Conversion ratio from lead to closure.
  • Cross-functional coordination efficiency.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales (TPA, self-funded, or financial services preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage HR and Finance stakeholders confidently.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
