Description:
PURPOSE We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead company onboarding, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. If you understand the corporate ecosystem and know how to close deals while maintaining long-term relationships, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new corporate clients in line with monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
- Achieve defined KPIs related to sales growth, client acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, and decision-makers within organizations.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from pre-sales presentations to post-sales account management.
- Coordinate internally with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasting.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Monthly corporate onboarding targets.
- Revenue growth and portfolio expansion.
- Client retention rate.
- Conversion ratio from lead to closure.
- Cross-functional coordination efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales (TPA, self-funded, or financial services preferred).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage HR and Finance stakeholders confidently.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-through.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
