Compliance Manager

Description:

Provox Global, a growing and dynamic company, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join their team in Islamabad. As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory standards and internal policies. Your role will be critical in maintaining operational excellence, improving processes, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of compliance programs to ensure the organization meets all regulatory requirements.

• Conduct audits to monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Develop and provide regular compliance reports and updates to senior management.

• Lead the compliance team, providing guidance and support in daily activities.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are taken to mitigate any identified risks.

• Work closely with other departments to integrate compliance processes into their operations.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and laws to ensure the organization’s compliance practices are current and effective.

• Ensure that the organization is prepared for any audits or regulatory inspections.

• Assist with training staff on compliance-related matters and ensure ongoing compliance education.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.

• Experience in risk management and auditing practices.

• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in compliance-related software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Shift Details:

• The position requires working full-time from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM, onsite at the Provox Global office in Islamabad.
