 We’re Hiring – Cold Calling Agent (Trucking Industry | USA Market)
I'm looking for a Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic US trucking operations team based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling drivers and carriers to onboard them, generating leads from scratch, and maintaining strong communication with both parties.
📌 Position: Cold Calling Agent (USA – Trucking Industry)
📍 Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi
🕒 Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
💼 Market: USA
💰 Salary: 60 to 70k PKR

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to drivers and carriers across the USA for onboarding.
Generate and scrape data/leads from different platforms or databases.
Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the recruitment and dispatch teams for smooth onboarding.
Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

✅ Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in cold calling, trucking, dispatch, or recruitment (USA market preferred).
Fluent in English (spoken & written) — confident communicator.
Familiar with lead generation and data scraping tools.
Goal-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to work night shifts (USA timings).
