Description:

We are currently seeking a highly competent and experienced part-time Cold Calling Agent to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by selling our software services and applications to customers in the US and around the globe.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, focusing on selling our software services and applications.
• Utilize an understanding of the product’s unique selling propositions and differentiators to enhance sales.
• Engage potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer, adjusting the pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals.
• Provide excellent customer service to improve customer relationships and ensure customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or related field.
• Exceptional English communication skills, spoken, verbal and written.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer engagement skills with a knack for building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
• Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
