Description:
Responsibilities:
Make 300–350 outbound calls daily to discuss Final Expense plans
Share basic info, handle objections, and transfer qualified leads
Record call details and follow up with interested contacts
Support script improvement and submit daily/weekly reports
Requirements:
Strong communication and listening skills
Confident speaking with seniors over the phone
Organized and time-efficient
Basic MS Office/Google Suite skills
Cold calling or sales experience preferred
Positive and self-motivated attitude
Willing to work the night shift
