Description:
We're looking for a Client Success Specialist – Mobile & Web who can confidently engage with international clients, understand their business needs, and guide them toward the right mobile and web application solutions while building long-term client relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, Bark, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with international clients (primarily US clients) via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable mobile and web application solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through a consultative approach.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully convert opportunities into projects.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
- Achieve monthly business targets ($5K–$8K).
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in software sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the IT industry.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience interacting with US and other international clients.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of custom mobile application and web development services.
- Experience handling Meta paid leads will be considered an advantage.
