Client Services Executive

We’re now looking for a Client Services Executive – Digital who is ambitious, proactive, and ready to take ownership. This role is for someone who doesn’t just follow instructions but drives results, builds strong client relationships, and contributes to strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day client accounts across industries (Tech, Retail, E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Startups).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Content, Tech, AI solutions) to deliver high-impact results.
• Support upselling and identify opportunities to grow client portfolios.
• Track and report on KPIs such as client satisfaction, project delivery, and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital account management or client services.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to earn client trust quickly.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and data-driven strategies.
