Civil Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise and manage bulk earthworks, roadworks, excavation, grading, and drainage

✔ Oversee structural works including RCC foundations, steel structures, tanks, and buildings

✔ Lead technical documentation — submittals, method statements, and construction plans

✔ Apply advanced expertise in geotechnical and structural design

✔ Ensure compliance with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.)

✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project timelines and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering (required)

🔧 Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction (preferably mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects)

💼 Proven leadership in earthworks and structural execution

🤝 Strong communication and team management abilities

🌍 Familiarity with international construction and safety standards
