Chief Technology Officer

Swiftnine is a growing technology and eCommerce solutions company, delivering custom software products and client projects across diverse industries. We're looking for a visionary and hands-on CTO to lead our tech operations, build scalable products, manage development teams, and ensure timely delivery of client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of internal products and client projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Build and manage high-performing engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and designers to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance standards are met.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose relevant integrations or improvements.
• Set technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a senior developer, tech lead, or CTO.
• Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (e.g., MERN, Laravel, Python, etc.).
• Experience managing development teams and agile project workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
