Saylani Welfare International Trust is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Internal Audit to lead its Internal Audit function and strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan
• Assess internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes
• Identify risks and recommend effective corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Internal Audit team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIA, or CPA (preferred)
• 8–10 years of relevant Internal Audit experience, including leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
