Description:

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Lead to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of surveillance systems across our real estate projects and office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement CCTV systems for residential & commercial sites

• Monitor system performance and ensure 24/7 surveillance coverage

• Lead installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades

• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field

• Proven experience in CCTV/surveillance systems

• Experience in large-scale, reputed organizations; experience with leading hospitality chains will be preferred

• Knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and networking basics

• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
