Are you ready to elevate your career in the aviation industry? Gerry’s International is expanding its Cargo Operations team, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join us!

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Handle inquiries and cargo bookings via phone and email
🔹 Provide proactive shipment status updates to clients
🔹 Offer competitive pricing and assist the Sales team to close business
🔹 Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
🔹 Process key shipping documents (AWB, HAWB, cargo manifest, etc.)
🔹 Maintain accurate shipment data and customer records
🔹 Support billing, claims handling, and customer account management
🔹 Recommend best airline routes and shipping options to clients.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Background in the aviation or cargo industry
✅ Prior internship or job experience in air cargo operations
✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills
✅ Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of shipping documentation and tracking systems (preferred)
